How can I get the Royal Armor and Sword again?

I preordered on PS. My PS died just after mounts came out, I come back on Steam and am a lot irritated that I have completely lost what I paid for.

Is there a way to rememdy this, or will there be a similar skin that can be purchased later?

If you started out on ps4 and now are playing on Xbox or pc the account won’t be linked. @Kriegherzog Welcome to the Forum

Preordered for Ps4 have sword if I change to pc or Xbox its gone.

If you think about it you had to repurchase the game itself to play on a different platform. Granted it would be cool if you had a say Funcom account that allowed cross platform.

This is indeed unfortunate to be sure, but there is absolutely zero culpability on Funcom’s hands here. But rather a decision we as gamers make if we decide switch platforms. For example, I am a ps5 player. And I am acutely aware that if I switch to say an Xbox, I lose all of my trophies, my saved data and all existing game progress, my friends on the PSN, my digital games, and all pre-order items and DLCs I have purchased on that platform to date. This is just how the gaming industry as a whole functions. And it is a decision which all individuals must consider and weigh up when deciding if they wish to switch to a competing platform. Yes it is a hard pill to swallow, but the onus of blame for no longer having access to items on the players old platform falls on the player, not the the company which released the game.
