Nope. PlayStation and Xbox aren’t part of the same ecosystem. If you want them on your PlayStation, you’ll need to repurchase them.

I would suggest you to submit a ticket on Zendesk and wait for response. Explain that you changed console and that you wish to pass your rights of using dlcs, etc , to a new console now.

The history is that changing console means you have to buy everything from the beginning.
