How can I see the list of players on my server next to their steamID64

I would like to find the steam id 64 of a player to ban him but I don’t know where I can find him if he is not connected

I have connected with rcon and tried to do a sql query but when I run it nothing appears and I don’t know where the query is sent.

Can somebody help me?

I know that tool, what I don’t know is the steam profile …

So I would like to know if the steam id can be found somewhere in the database
