How do I download Battleye?

After playing Isle of Siptah on private servers, I decided I wanted to join an official server, but I did not originally choose to download/install Battleye, and now that I want to, I can’t figure out how. When I go to BROWSE LOCAL FILES there is no Battleye folder there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Have you looked in:
The “ConanSandbox\Binaries\Win64\ BattlEye ” in Conan Exiles ? Double-click the “Install_BattlEye. bat” file to install BE.
