that sill doesnt help with not being able to play and prevent the games ingame decay timers

You probably didn’t get any simple suggestion here because it is an app instead of a box for regular use. You’re right to focus on battleye being the hit piece. I could say more besides my sentiments. It doesn’t agree. It’s not fast enough, and so on…

I’d like to help, but I have the Steam version, so I don’t know how Game Pass version works. Can you clarify your problem a little bit?

Does the game not start? Or does it start and give you some error? Do you know where the game is installed on your hard drive?

when you go to play the official servers, it requires the battleye anti cheat installed and running and updownloading of the game onto my hhd nothing to do with battleye is within the conan game files (or even its own folder) the game starts without a problem but cant play the server(s) i was via cloud gaming due to the battleye (which wasnt asked for when playing xbox cloud)

The reason why I asked where the game is installed is because the Steam version of the game contains the BattlEye installer.

For example, my installation of the game is in:

E:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox

The binaries for the game client are in:

E:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Binaries\Win64

And the BattlEye files are in:

E:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Binaries\Win64\BattlEye

There’s a file called Install_BattlEye.bat there.

Can you check if your installation has anything similar?

there is nothing (apart from empty folder) to do with battlEye at all in the conan file, even after reinstalling it .:f/games/xbox/conan exiles/content/windowsnoeditor/conansandbox/binaries/win64 is what i have and
f/games/xbox/conan exiles/content/windowsnoeditor/conansandbox/binaries/win64/BattlEye
but nothing in the folder

That’s weird, but I don’t know if it’s some kind of a difference between Game Pass and Steam, or a problem with your particular installation, or something that got borked for everyone when the game got remove from the Game Pass.

@ZahMaiatt, can you help?

was you using the xbox app to play on your xbox through cloudgaming on pc or was you using gamepass pc to play conan on the pc servers? either way you will need to purchase conan exiles to continue to play on gamepass or gamepass pc. does your microsoft store account match your gamepass account? none of my accounts were affected when they took conan off gamepass.

i have bought conan, but still was using the xbox app to play it which didnt need battleye and since it was removed ive had to download the game and battleye wont download either

Did you download the one from the Microsoft store or Steam? Why am I asking? Because this… Older versions of BattlEye software may not be compatible with Windows 10, version 1903 - Microsoft Support

@Community, can we get someone to help here?

Greetings @visix and welcome to the forums!

Can you, please, search for a file named “Install_BattlEye.bat” on the folder where Conan Exiles is install in order to see if this fixes your issue?
