How do I remove the objects from the radial menu?

Game mode: Online | Singleplayer
Problem: | Bug | Misc
Region: [Europe]
I tried many times discard any object (Weapon, clothes, food…)
And the only solution I see is to replace it with another object when I want to leave it empty. How can I remove the objects?

Open inventory, click empty spot, click radial, click A on what ur trying to remove.

Only way I’ve figured out.
