And the wiki is more than useless it tells me what it is not where it’s gotten for almost anything in the game I’m a long time player just decided to come back because of sorcery and a lot of updates in the last two years I was wondering how you get severed limbs?

Use a cleaver on unalived Humans.
I bumped my server settings up I have killed over 1000 people easily i’m not saying you’re wrong I’m just saying that hasn’t worked

Ewwa, ancient sorcery, ancient armory, Warrior mutator, battle fantasy and then a tier 4 spawn increase

Okay, so you might wanna make a backup of your game database, and then try a process of elimination with the mods. Disable all of them, see if the limbs are dropping. If they are, add one of the mods, try again and see if the limbs are dropping. Rinse and repeat until you find the one that made the limbs stop dropping. From there, talk to the maintainer of the mod to see if, how, and when it can be fixed.
Don’t worry bud the base game doesn’t drop them either I’ve removed all of them and just tried with a single player world

I haven’t seen any of the severed arms for QUITE SOME TIME on vanilla officials. I presume that removing of these from the chop table was a by design situation.
You can, however, get a severed leg out of a suspicious looking compost box decoration placement on the southwest side of Sepermaru. I’ve not seen any arms or legs drop from chopped bodies for at least a hot minute.

Severed limbs were removed from harvestables during one of the Age of War chapters. They can only be found at certain spawn points now.

I accidentally looted it while trying to do a cute emote. I wanted to give you an image to work from. Oops. But it’s the next building over from Ramza’s Quarters.
It is “event” spawned in, like the fragments of power, etc. So - if it’s not there, you might have to come around to look for it again.

So - I know that there was a little bit of tongue-in-cheek ridicule for the fact that you would get like 12 legs and 74 arms every time you butchered a single human body. Which was… well… “humerous.” Forgive the pun.
I don’t know if that’s why they pulled it out of the loot tables, or what. I’m not sure why they could not simply make it a rare proc. And then make it something that would not accept the multiplier of your tool. Like they do for hearts, essences, sliver of unfulfilled, what have you.

I mean, yeah, it was hilarious. Just like the flying rhinos. Neither really bothered me enough to angrily demand a fix for it. It’s not really like we were dealing with, oh I don’t know, the thralls dying randomly for no reason or the inventory being fubared… 
Forgive it? That deserves an award! 
Nah. The game has enough RNG grind as it is. But there were other solutions, like the one you pointed out.
Or they could have just left it well enough alone.

The multiple limb thing is mentioned, but making it a limited resource would be pretty easy, so I doubt that was the reason for the change. I think it was more so related to them making them be unique weapons.

I found the severed leg respawn in sepemeru some time ago its easy to get if you visit it place everyday because many people still dont know it but it the only place i have found it yet.
I Still have a chest of Severed limbs because i main use for skin in the momentum mace and i really dont know where to find or where they put the respawn for it item now i tried to search in many camps but yet didnt find it.

damn you know i been looking for the arm to drop or spawn to,
i EVEN went as far as getting the BUTCHERS Cleaver from the Jhebalsag drop, and still could never harvest an arm.
if anyone can find the location of the arm spawn location or how to get it please let me know.
the leg is in sep city on the left entrance exactly where the photo above was taken.
but please WHERE DO I FIND THE ARMS ???

We need another recipe for the sacrificial altar, complete with animations of us harvesting limbs for other uses. Just remember… some characters have other culinary preferences.

I have a mod from Testerle that lets me easily locate all interactables in the area. We used this for finding spawn locations to add the wiki (that place that OP says is “more than useless”) since map spawn locations are not something that can be datamined.
I have spent all day searching interactables across the map and cannot find a single additional spawn location for severed limbs other than that compost heap in Sepermeru that only gives legs.
As far as I can discern, it is currently not possible to acquire severed arms anywhere on the Exiled Lands map.
