How to disconnect steam from Funcom? Or change Funcom ID name

I would like to unbind my ID from steam, since I changed my steam name then I would like it to be the same in game and on steam.

Currently Pippi is showing my previous name which I can’t change.

You can try creating a Zendesk ticket with the request type set to “Funcom ID Change”. As far as I understand it, you can do that only once.

Do you know how long it can take them to change? Or respond to a ticket?

No idea, honestly. I’ve never had to open this type of ticket myself.
