How to heal the zombies?

I summoned 3 zombies and using the last perk of authority they gain hp when i make them follow me.
But it takes so much time to lvl that newly gained health any tips?

I think it’s human arms or putrified meat

1 stack of Brimstone should do the trick especially with 8x harvest
