After the “find Tyler Freeborn” mission, my character wears the CDC mask and I can not remove it anymore.
I try through the interface of the skins (“Lodge” in french game) I even throw the mask of my inventory and nothing changes.

You should have a gas mask above your healthbar. Click it and it should offer you if you want to remove it.
