Hyenas and some thralls not attacking

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: =SERVER NAME=
Mods: modded and unmodded servers - have tried both

Bug Description:

pets / thralls - especially Hyenas, and lower named like Thurga randomly will not attack

Bug Reproduction:

have tried this on modded and unmodded servers - hyena pets will work one minute and then stop attacking… have tried logging out and back in, moving so they have to teleport to catch up etc but nonthing resets them. This has also happened with some thralls - mainly low end ones like Thurga, sometimes they work - othertimes they will not work… just wont attack anything… they still seem to move around and follow ok… but thats all.

Also, have you noticed if your ping is higher than usual when experiencing this?

no ping is not higher… its much the same as it always is…

this is on a private server with mods - but the same thing happens on pure vanilla no mods.
Have just come into Asgarth and Greater Hyena was working ok… but after a little while he just stops attacking - and won;t respond tot he Attack command

Bug Description:

Hyenas get stuck in an animation and stop attacking. I’ve searched the internet and see many many people being effected by this with no solution. The only solution is to restart the entire server, however, this is an issue as I am running a dedicated server with friends. Plus restarting server every 10 minutes does not seem scalable.

Bug Reproduction:

  1. Tame a Hyena
  2. Take Hyena out to fight
  3. After roughly 3 to 4 encounters will be stuck with a fist buff above healthbar and will not attack
