My toon is lvl 60 and has only 59 attribute points. Used potions to reset attributes with restart of game. Still only 59 points. Help !!

I had the same issue,looked for a way to fix it on here and the internet with no luck…Had to delete and remake my character…sad to say but that looks like the only answer.
