In the transfer, I transferred my character from siptah to exile and I lost certain knowledge that I learned there like the knowledge of the harpy dungeon

Dude, it’s been ages since you transfer your toon 
.
It’s logical to loose, i am pretty certain you used a yellow lotus potion, it has this effect on use, to loose knowledge!
But even this, do you still have eldarium to fix the harpies recipes? How much eldarium did you bring?

You’re not alone and it’s partly why the transfer system has been disabled for the time being.
Unfortunately, anything related to transfers isn’t something that support can help you with as the system as a whole is being reviewed.
