My one big “annoyance” with the current version of Conan Exiles is mainly the Thralls. More specifically the follower fighter / archer / bearer thralls. I can probably live with most buggaroonies that plague our beloved game. But to have a reliant companion at your side instead of a spectating lump of idiot would really make me happy. Also, to have a way for them to switch to a truncheon IF and when they decide to engage in combat and IF and when you do come across that damned elusive named Armorers is part of this change.
I second this suggestion. There is nothing more game breaking than cheaters without fear of repercussions.
i’d bring family sharing back.
but besides that? i like the direction they are taking, mostly. they do make the game better with each add on, buy-able or free.
for base game changes? maybe add some basic quests, go there, fetch that. while still a sandbox, placing them on a timer as an option to gather coins, for example gold ones, instead of doing chest runs or farming volcano, and depth to the base markets, could add an interesting dynamic.
so while clearly someone took the helm that “gets it” when it comes to the latest add-on’s and work, i would suggest a player focused mindset, the 2 largest communities are role players and builders, and a meaningful community of pvp’ers as well.
having over 4k hours, i tried em all, and i believe most dedicated players at least dabbled in them. those 3 communities are really not that complicated to please, and they should focus on them.
Being able to build without placing down material. Having a ghost-frame of what you want to build. Then if you need to start over you just hit cancel (or something). If you feel it is good you just place pieces down into it, sort of like replacing T1 with T3.
To the game itself? Nothing that I can think of that is “critical,” but optimization is another matter. I have friends who cannot play during hot weather due to the strain and overheating of their GPU’s. Even with a 1080 ti, I have to turn up the fans to cool down the GPU even in moderate weather.
Admin options need more in game modding features to create truly unique private serves on consoles.
basically some finite qty of spawns controlled by player along with world objects to create true dungeons.
an underground map… pretty please funcom
One thing to change? Only one?
mmhhh
just imagine Conan Exiles developed by Rockstar games, or CDRProjekt… I think many glitches and issues would vanish in a blink

Different settings for Thralls/Pets and bossmonsters next to the known settings for Players and NPC/monsters which actually define the first mentioned settings in the server settings ini . Admins/players should be able to define them separate to adjust their own gameplay (multiplayer/singleplayer) and the difficulty level.
Damage
Damage taken
Health points
All separate for 1. NPCs/Monsters / 2. players / 3. Thralls/Pets / 4. Bossmonsters
Ppls softness by hardness mind so they stop complaining about everything and accept that a game of CONAN THE BARBARIAN should be hard, not Hello Kitty Island.
All I’ve ever wanted was the game to play smoothly across the map. Since one of the last patches, I can’t step foot in some areas of the map such as New Asagarth from all the stuttering. Every time there’s a new patch it changes the stuttering a little, but they can’t or won’t fix it altogether. Same with the sliding around in dungeons when you stop walking. My character just creeps along slowly like there’s ice on the floor.
The game ran nearly perfect in early access…now, not so much. What changed? Not my PC. The rest of the bugs and glitches aren’t a priority as far as I’m concerned.
Get rid of legendary items and armor.
I get envious of noob river, because they are fighting to make it in their adventure, eith hardly any advantages in this new revamped difficulty.
We should have had different variations of light, med, and heavy, without crazy set bonuses of +12, with food, with paint.
Warpaint should be 1 point. Food revamped to be specific needs, not just 50 aloe soups and out the door.
Obsidian should have been endgame, not just weapons, but infusing 500 obsidian to beef up armor a COUPLE points.
Get to where it’s survival again, not just sobek armor and God armor on thralls.
Venturing north needs to be a mission, not me in darfari str armor to get a quick 1k black ice and skip down into non threatening weather.
If I’m lv 60, and have no gas mask, the sandstorm should need to kill me in 6 ticks.
If I’m in the jungle, and it’s raining, give permanent cripple till it stops.
Etc.
I agree the sandstorm should be feared in any lvl, I don’t even use mask anymore because the sandstorm doesnt kill me with 30 vitality, beyond a higher dmg, it should severely reduce visibility and have real threats, demon bats and the demon cats we see in the intro movie.
I think this wouldn’t be fun because it rains pretty often in the jungle, so reducing ppl speed would make travels a lot tedious. Maybe raising the weight with wet clothes, and making the character consume more stamina doing actions while in the rain.
Monsoons, slow me down in water. North, white out conditions, make us survive
Now, I have to modify my answer to the original question. Turn Family Share back on… NOW.
Thank for the idea will have to check with the players and try this weekend. Do they attack offline players bases or just the online ones. Thanks
Purges attack random people’s structures, doesn’t matter if they are online or not.
You mean another one?
I would like a healer/monk thrall.
If he can also chant “Wololo” and (rarely) convert enemy thralls, that would make me so happy.
And it would be nerfed to heal 1hp every 12 seconds
I would love to see a Celtic faction with Druids as priests.
