Ignatius the Greedy missing/moved after patch?

Im not sure if its bug or some change but I can’t find the Ignatius the Greedy (the seller of Sand Reaper Egg) who should be located in Flotsam (314167 66696 -14375). There is the pirate queen instead. I located two other merchants in the different place but nobody sells the Sand Reaper Eggs and they stays without the Ignatius.

Something change after the update?

  1. Go to Flotsam (314167 66696 -14375)
  2. Try to locate the Ignatius the Greedy

he is on the left platform all the way up. you may need to climb. the queen is on the same level but on the right platform instead. at least he was there on testlive, havent been able to test the new live patch.
