I seen everyone on the server have a sand reaper pet , looked at the flotsam locations and hes not there as in the merchant , any clues would be helpful , I am on a pve server and its official and for xbox one

the mechant is at the pirate bay in the east jungle. i think he is on one of the higher plattforms where no staircase is going up. easiest way would be to go on the mountain and jump there, or try to climp up. he is NOT near the ground where the 2 other mechants stand
