Impaled Skull Placable Automatically Damaged

Bug Description
The impaled skull decoration, more specifically, the one with the skulls on the bottom of the stick, is automatically damaged upon placing it. It shows 0 out of 500 HP, the materials needed to repair it do not show in the window, and even if you have what is needed, it cannot be repaired. Sometimes it even shows it having stability.

This only happens with this precise model of impaled skull. The other ones seem to work fine. Minor bug, but still weird.

Steps to reproduce

Create an impaled skull, specifically, the model with skulls on the bottom.

Place the impaled skull on the floor.

Take out repair hammer, highlight the impaled skull.

Then you notice it being automatically ruined.
