Impossible to use Voice Chat in any server. (Detailed troubleshooting included)

Voice chat not working on my end. (I opened a case because I see alot of closed topic unanswered about this behavior.)

Seems to be related to Vivox as my logfile is quite explicit :

Unsuccessfully tested so far :

  1. Close/Open Conan Exile
  2. Close/Open Steam
  3. Verify integrity
  4. Check out every bit of sound configuration on my end, tested with 2 different headset. I can confirm that any Discord, Skype or Steam voice, other games test I do is working great. The issue is only in Conan.
  5. Réinstalled Conan Exile entirely.
  6. Réinstalled Steam.
  7. Checked out DNS settings, flushdns.
  8. Followed every verification test on vivox. c o m/gamers/help/19
  9. Multiple, computer reboot in every attempts.
  10. Reinstall every possible audio drivers on my computer.
  11. Tested on a VPN to make sure it’s not a problem with my ISP.
  12. I’m a little sick of testing, could you help me out please? :slight_smile:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Open Conan Exile
  2. Select a server with VOIP enabled
  3. Press the push to talk button “T”.
  4. No icon, no one hear me, I can hear no one.

Do not hesitate to give me some other tests to do. I’m working in IT so I won’t be afraid of doing any nslookup, traceroute, specific configurations, modify registery, dig in those plugin DLLs.

This line makes me feel that i’m not able to reach Vivox Servers :
