Hello one, and all…

I am a Norwegian who is playing on an official server with people from Spain, France, Germany and UK all playing together, but the in-game chat is somewhat difficult to follow and understand as they all write in their own languages. Is there any ‘official’ language for in-game chat?

Considering that most of the EU servers are located in Germany, if there is any then it must be German but I am not aware of any rule against people chatting in their native language and the chat options on officials are kind of limited.
