Inability to play complete

***Immediately after logging in, my character is blocked and unable to move, even allowing time to pass, to load the environment, the situation remains the same. For three days now it has been impossible for me to carry out ANY activity within the game. Making it impossible to control the degradation of my buildings on the game map.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.As soon as I enter the game, my PG freezes without allowing me to move
2.I get stuck inside the objects
3.I have no movement possibilities within the game

Experiencing the same issue on Official Server 1823, since the January 30, 2020 update.

Exactly, that’s exactly what happens, only that my Pg can’t free himself even for a moment.

I’m stuck too since the last update. he is not nice :confused:
