Incorrect ping for server, preventing players from joining

Bug Description:

There is a bug where the client recieves false information about the ping between the server and the client. This bug prevents you from joining the server saying you cannot join the server because your ping is to high. Closing and reopening the client is a known fix for this issue.

Bug Reproduction:

Setup a tool like ping plotter so you can see a graph every second of ping to the server on your second monitor, open game a few times on your main monitor until you see intermittantly your favourite server has a ping of ~250. notice in ping plotter that the servers ping never goes above 44. Try to connect and get the error message. Close and reopen client to see that its now displaying the correct ping.

Yes same issue here. Just started about 2 weeks ago. I thought it was my ISP but nope- im at 23 ms Apparently not. Server ping is usually around 90 with less than 5 people on average. Now its spiking between 160 and 245.

So i let the server load and hit refresh now it is back to normal.
