Internet issues when start conan exiles

hello guys,
I have the following problem with the game Conan Exiles. As soon as I start the game and go to the main menu, my internet bandwidth drops to just 10 Mbits.
So I can’t play the game online. There are only laggs and rubberbanding.

can you help me?
