Intro plays until all subscribed mods are checked

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: Single Player
Server Type: PvE
Map: Custom Exiled Lands, Siptah, Savage Wilds, etc.
Server Name: any server or single player
Mods: Savage Wilds, Sapphire Exiles, etc

Bug Description:

The intro continues to play until all subscribed mods have been checked. Prior to AoH it only checked when the mods were active.

Bug Reproduction:

Start game with subscribed but not active mods. Click, wait, Click, wait, Click, wait…
Unsubscribe to mods. Watch first drop of blood fall, Click, menu.

This worked a couple of times then went back to playing most of the intro. In the Beta/testlive build I can still click right away and get to the menu.
