Inventory not loading

[unable to access inventory at all, sometimes a little will be seen but eventually nothing is accessible. At this time I cannot play online at all as it seems encumbrance builds are most easily affected]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Log in
2.Play and build inventory up
3.At some point teleport or die without losing items
4.Attempt to access inventory part or all will be unseen but current weight remains.
