Inverted Wedge Roof will not place and can not be upgraded from hatch

I can place hatch triangle wedge roofs and inverted roofs without a problem. However, as soon as I try to upgrade the roofs affected by the inverted wedge collapse. When I try to place the inverted wedge in the newly created hole, it won’t place.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Create Tier 1 Wedged Base
  2. Create Tier 1 Wedged Thatch Roof
  3. Upgrade Tier 1 Thatch Roof to Tier 2 Insulated Roof
  4. Roof falls apart and doesn’t work.
