Invisible items in inventory

**Game mode:**Online Private
Type of issue: [Enter one of the following: Bug
Server type: [Enter one of the following: PvP
Region: East coast USA

Having issue with items not appearing in inventory, just appearing as numbers, and unusable. Also New Dungeon does not show what key is need to open first door. Boss does not drop key anymore and seems to not attack when fighting.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Go in inventory and hover over item and see numbers instead of a picture
2.Go into New Dungeon and fight first mob

Hey @Smodd

You mention this is happening in a private server. Are there any mods installed and running in that server?
This issue looks like it could be related to that.
