Continuing the discussion from Update 2.3.0 (Dark Agartha):

Item power now correctly scales with pips. This may mean that some players using 1 or 2 pip talismans, weapons, or glyphs may see their item power on the character sheet decrease slightly after the patch. The stat increases provided by items has not changed - only their contribution to a character’s overall item power.

Yeah, weapons not so much. My IP went UP by 1.

This morning before I went to work, I had this - 1535 :

After the patch - having done absolutely no upgrades - I have 1536, also the IP of the ele focus, which is only “two pip”, is unchanged at 1403 :

Furthermore, you can observe that my crit power, which thanks to an agent is above the soft cap, is unchanged, which probably means that the additional benefit of a four pip crit power glyph is also subject to the harshly dimished return past the soft cap.

Edit : switched to correct build and the ele focus in the second screenshot.

Even with 3-pip everything, item power went up by 1.
