Irrecoverable mounts pushed beneath the mesh by other pets when logging in

This is not the first time this happens. I log out grouped with an elephant and a rhino mount. When I log back in, the mount is pushed beneath the mesh and cannot be interacted with, all characters are spawned one on top of the other. I cannot move; but the serious matter is, there is no way to interact or extract the mount. Some of you would say: “Well just recall it from the thrall list”. Sure, I can do that, and lose all 4 t4 crafters I have stored inside said mount, and if I recall, I lose everything. This, at least to me, is a serious matter, I spent days gathering the thralls inside the mount; unacceptable, now I am f#%&… yet again.

Have you tried ( since you’re on singleplayer ) to admin ghost under the mesh to try interact with it ?

Folks, I got this prompt response; oddly enough the response was not posted here but I got it on a PM.

So that is that, at least they acknowledge the issue and it’s being worked on.
