Today I tried to delete a character to create another, but the game, for some reason, deleted the main character, not the one I selected.
Supposedly Customer Support can restore a deleted character if it is within 1 month of being deleted. Waiting times could be multiple months before you even get a response. But worth a shot.
Yes, it is. Fill out one of those claim things on your account page, then bother Andy here, Twitter, whatever so he can address it.
I sent in two different email tickets. One two months ago, and 1 a few weeks ago… no reply’s…
Funcom team got my character back. I used /Petition. It worked.
