Yes you can our ps4 died in December replaced with ps5 and continued

Yes you can! Except there’s not a lot of peps playing it anymore. They need to improve the pvp combat mechanics. It’s all poke and roll with the max agility perk.

The version of Conan currently present on PS5 is a PS4 version.
For the moment there is no PS5 version (the PlayStation versions have not had a next gem upgrade).
You could therefore play on a PS5 and continue with your character created on PS4.
