I simply cannot get both PvP and Building Damage to work in Co-op mode. Is this a known issue or am I just missing something? Tried everything I can think of.

Has anyone been able to get PvP to work in co-op mode and willing to share their settings or what they did to get it to work?
At first I was thinking well maybe something was messed up on my PC. Switched to wife’s PC and still have the same problem. So thinking this has got to be a bug or there is some hidden setting I am missing. I have searched this forum, google, and steam and can find no solution.
Go to ServerSettings.ini and add PvPEnabled=True if you don’t have it. See if this solves the issue.
