Yes, this is probably asked loads, blah blah blah. Ive been searching online but couldn’t find any definitive answers. Haven’t played for ages so i thought id check in and see. Im betting it still isn’t added, if its not, why? Lol

I tottaly agree, this is an option we should have. Especially for female players game text is very useful, it helps them avoid annoying friendships and stalkers. @Spynosaur_Nicole can you please forgive me for this sumoning and bring this issue higher. All the female gamers i’ve meet in this game several times had to choose between isolation or stalkers and it is not nice.

I shouldn’t have to back out of the game to chat with someone.
I created a discord for the official server I play on but getting server info to random people is even a task.
Oh… um… I was just answering the “why”. lol
Discord isn’t on ps4, so ya that would be a hard task. It’s easy to just select someone from the player list and enter chat mode from there.
I’m not recommending p2p chat, though.

There’s voice. It’s just proximity. I’ve ran into someone with a mic on my server and was rather surprised by it.
Other than text chat it would be nice to see craft menu organization as well, but that’s beside the point.
Voice chat is fine but again its based on radius so you cant have a nice group chat.
In our ps4 server we just use our cell phones on discord. it sucks but its the best way to communicate
