Is there a way to manage a dedicated server on another Person (with other PC)?

I’m running a server, but I’ve been too busy my job lately, and I’ve been slow to respond to things like updating mods.
I’d like to entrust mod-related updates to a friend who has a lot of time online, is there a way for him to manage it?
Or is it managed only on the PC where the server is turned on now?
let me know if there is a way.

Unless the Dedicated Server Launcher software allows remote logins to it (I don’t think it does, but someone else with more experience on it can give info there). Then no, you would need a server host that allows you to make sub-users to login to it.

Good news is most do from my experience, even if setting that up is a little tricky on some of them.

you could try something like teamviewer, so he can remote connect to the pc.
Or a remote desktop connection. for this you probably have to open up a port (think its 3389 tcp)
on your router and allow his external internet ip adres access to the server pc.
Be carefull with rdp so only he can use it, (open up the port only for his external ip) and not someone else :sunglasses:

You should never allow anyone else to have access to your server. I don’t care if he just saved your life and a best friend. Never give access to your computer.
