Is there a way to see if our character got moved to the wrong server?

When my friend tries to log into the server we were supposed to get automatically merged with it is just asking him to make a new character. Is there a chance his character got sent to the wrong server and is there anyway to tell what server you have characters on?

  • Can’t remember the server I used to play on

    • You should be able to find this information in the game.ini file located in the \ConanSandbox\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\ directory within your installation.
      Open game.ini , scroll down until you find headings for: FavouriteServers SavedServers . You can simply copy the IP and port number then direct IP connect to that server when you go back to the server browser in game.

Tried that but that only works for servers you have logged into. We want to see if he got merged into the wrong server so he has never logged into it before

Can I no longer transfer my character after the update? I play on the American server and I want to switch to the LATAM server.

I’m not sure, but I want to help you find an answer. With all the general chaos, a lot of things probably go unnoticed.

Over the years, I haven’t heard of any way to search the servers for your characters.

Nor have I heard of characters accidentally ending up on the wrong server. If that happens, they’re lost, just like mine.

Searching for them would be difficult under the current circumstances, but if you do, I’d narrow down the server search to:

  • Official

  • PvE or PvP

  • Region

Then try a server closest to the target server.
