Is update for Conan Outcasts forgotten?

Today is 23/04/2021 Friday.
There was a notice about the update on 19/04/2021 Monday.
It seems that updates for Conan Exiles is coming in many country due to there are many reports about 2.3.
But update for Conan Outcast haven’t come yet.
Do your team recognize those facts?
When is this coming?
Please tell me the present information.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Launch PS4

Result : no update file

I play with a friend that uses this version of the game. Unfortunately they take a couple months for them to catch up. Your best bet is to contact https://twitter.com/conan_outcast or Spikechunsoft https://twitter.com/spikechunsoft

Good luck though. Last year they had an issue with Asia servers being down. A player had to contact the publisher’s office by phone since they were irresponsive on social media. The last Conan Outcasts twitter post was in June last year.

I have already commented to https://twitter.com/ConanExiles.
But no reply.
And I called Spikechunsoft and heard about update.
*https://twitter.com/conan_outcast is account of Spikechunsoft.
They said.
‘We haven’t heard anything about update from Funcom.’
Spikechunsoft only undertakes sales (and Japanese localization?), not develops.

Is this problem Funcom caused or Spike Chunsoft caused?

It does get confusing as to who to contact.

@Hugo do you have any input in regards of the patch parity between Exiles and Outcasts?

Outcast is usually behind a bit, And I “Assume” with hot-fixes needed on it right now, and list of bugs popping up. They’ll hold it back till hot fix is part it.

I’d hope anyway… kinda toss up I guess.

Does this take more than 4 days?
There are a lot of bug reports now, are you intend to list them all?
I think that you can’t answer the exact date, will it take a few days? or a week? or one month?

I think that there is a big problem while waiting for update.
I can’t see the server of other regions from Asia due to version is different.
This problem have been reported.
So I think there should be update ASAP.

Is this forum working?
Maybe this is the last my comment.
I saw it on Twitter and now it seems to be aware of issue with the co-op play (and Pve-C server).
But nothing about Outcast.
Many users don’t know the problem.
And even if you get an answer here, many users can not know.
