Hello,
I tried to create a dedicated server to play with my friends, so I used pterodactyl on CasaOS using egg of big-ferny pterodactyl eggs github.
However, after configuring it, I can’t access the server either by direct connection or by telnet. If anyone has any idea why, please let me know!
Also i found these errors on logs:

it seems that the egg cant open ports but i have no idea why

Due to the fact that your issue is related to a private server, we would advise you to join the Admins United Discord (also referred on: Admins United: Conan - Discord for Server Admins! ) as this discord includes other admins with the experience to better assist you Pugilist.
