Problem:The game closes when I start

After buying the game a few days ago, I got all the updates together other almost 50gb, it turns out that they finish installing, I want to enter the game and it closes, but in its base version and without updates this did not happen.
What can I do to fix this fault, or is it a problem of the last update?
Should I uninstall the game and download it again without updates?
