The tradeskill works fine?
Try dropping the omnifier in there again, whether it has a match or not it should say 14 different processes.
Might be the fact it’s an old Omnifier from years ago. 
So my collection is void now.
Edit: Nvm, it works now.
Did you drop a stack of them in the tradeskill window maybe? Old ones should be no different from more recently looted ones.
Might have been a random inventory trading bug resolved by zoning. A bug that has been around for about as long as beta.
