The title basically says it all. I’ve tried all the solutions I could find in various places.
Is it this very first gadget you get in tutorial? Iirc you need to change your zone, and then just delete it. As far as I remember you can’t sell it but it won’t be deleted right away either. 
(Well, if it has shards price in corner - selling is what you should do.)

Thanks. Today I was able to get rid of it. I think some or all of zoning, logging off, restarting the next day and zoning again loosened it up.
