Thank you for taking the time to report this situation to us, in regard to the occurrence, would it be possible to please test this without any mods running? Also, does the same happen on official servers and if so, could you please provide me with the official server number?

I did as you asked and tried without mods (new game both) on an Official Server and Singleplayer.
It seems the issue only occurs on Singleplayer.
