Bug Description:

Items disappearing - Final Breath of the Red Mother. I was running the Siptah Outsiders Vault and I had a Final Breath in my hand. The next moment it was gone. Not broken, not dropped, just gone. Noticed this with other items here and there, but this was actually in my hand. Checked logs to see if it was dropped and no decay reported. Very odd.

Bug Reproduction:

Not going to use my other torches for fear of it happening again.

Did you noticed a common behavior between the items that have disappeared?

I confirm the torch vanishing in both maps. My workaround is to place in the empty spot of the torch, another torch, equip a 2 handed weapon, open my inventory and witness the appearance of my vanished torch. It happened 3 times to me, but hopefully i recover my torch.
Can you tell us if tomorrow in the server restart your torch will be back in your inventory?

I’ve also experienced this with multiple items (Xbox, exciled lands)

For me, it is because of inventory glitches (even after latest hotfix). After some amount of resorting and quick looting, it seems to unglitch and reappear in my inventory.

However I did actually lose a breath of the red mother recently. But that was due to an unrelated bug. :rofl:
