Items learned from leyshrine has no texts on them

So i went to leyshrine and touched some paper, that said i learned new feats, but cant see how to make them it says like
Altar crafted at ???
Item ???
??? Handcrafted

Someone said its not in game now but well, i have now feats without info how to craft them
