Bug Description:
Losing your items when attempting to pick up a chest after your inventory is full. I lose over 20k hardened brick, 300 dragon powder, 6k shaped wood, 2k alchemical base, and God only knows what else all in one pickup. Total garbage. I would really like it if you could do something about this bug and potentially restore my items as it has completely trashed our experience for PVP. We wasted two weeks gathering materials for a raid and because of this, we are unable to do so. Loss occurred on 09/24/2021 at approximately 11:50pm EST. I have nothing in my log showing these items decay, they just disappeared on pickup. Please investigate and resolve. Thank you.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
- Put a ton of stuff in your inventory until it’s full and unable to accept new items and then remove one item from your inventory.
- Fill a chest full of your very best, hard earned materials.
- Pick up the chest from step 2.
- Notice you got “funcom’ed” and lost all of your items
