Items on my Character gone after update

Game mode: [Online ]
Problem: [ Bug ]
Region: [ Desert ]

I logged on after updating today to find all items on my character has gone. That includes all armor and weapons I spent days collecting mats to create.
I logged out yesterday will full water and food, so no chance of death overnight.

I cant face grinding for that gear again!

Please help?

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Grind Mats
  2. Create gear
  3. Update Game
  4. Log in!!
