Khari steel bars don't respawn

The Khari bars (on the ground) don’t respawn until after a sevee restart.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Go to wine cellar
  2. Pick up khari steel bar
  3. They don’t respawn
