Funcom, please can you add more options for using awnings? I’d like to attach images but I can’t because I am new so I can’t illustrate my complaints. I’ve put the Imgur links in but seeing as I can’t put a proper link you’ll need to type the first bit yourself to see them.
First I’d like to see awnings without the thin wooden pillars. Please allow us to attach them to the top of a wall, just without the pillars which ruin the aesthetic of Khitan themed buildings which are inspired by Chinese/ Japanese architecture.

The second request is for inverted corner awnings, the same as are available with roofs. This is so we don’t have to do things like in this image:

Thanks for the reply and for sharing the image! You’re right, I forgot that all the other types of awnings need the inverted corners too! Thank you for saying that, I did this in creative mode to experiment with the new style of building, so this took me about an hour.
This is really a very constructive suggestion for the khitan dlc and especially for all awnings.
For the Khitan dlc it would have been great if Funcom had added a Khitan Style water well and a new throne, not just a new chair. Hopefully they will do this afterwards.
Thank you! I agree that there is also a need for a Khitan well, throne and beds. I’d also like to see a “street light” style lantern, such as a standing post with a red khitan lamp hanging from it. I do hope Funcom add these to flesh out the DLC a bit more.
