Khitan Furniture maker where to you get it

I assume you have to download it or something but I don’t find any explanation as to how you are supposed to get it?

I ran a search in the store for it and it came up empty as does a search in the game.

But it’s shown in Feats as requiring Furniture maker and level 10. Says hand crafted and no cost in points.

They announced a khitan dlc.

It isn’t available yet I believe and it is a paid DLC that you will have to download after paying for it of course.
