Why I can’t find DLC add-ons in the game
Have you built the Khitai Furniture bench? a lot of stuff is built from there.
Also have you unlocked the weapons / armour? and check blacksmith / armourer.
Khitai T3 buildings are unlocked at lvl 30 same as normal T3.
Also, if you purchased the content try restarting steam?
