Knowledge Points are Gone

Platform: PlayStation 4

Bug Description:

My knowledge is gone but my points are spent.

Bug Reproduction:

I log into the game (Exiles) and it shows that my knowledge is gone and I only have 8 points to spend. But, I’m already at level 60 and have spent 489 points so I don’t even have a way to earn more. This happened before on Siptah (and is happening there as well). I ended up restarting Siptah the first time this happened. I don’t want to have to start both all over again.

If you’re in single player, just spawn yourself some fragments and get more knowledge points. Not the best fix but its a fix if you can.
