Maybe try a Fragment, found in U.C., to see if it changes stats for knowledge.

He saying eat a fragment of power and see if it fixes your knowledge when it adds new spendable points. This could work.

Did your game crash while logging out, by any chance?

This is happening to me constantly. Cant play for more than 15 mins. Occasionally, when I log back on, I get a message saying there’s been a reset due to significant changes to the journey system.

I get my stuff back by restoring my save game from the cloud backup.

I didn’t know I could get a back up. I started a new game, which is like a kick to the nuts.

Greetings Exile,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you share more details of the situation?

Is your console on a wired or wireless connection?

Can you share with us how old the current save you’re playing is, and can you give us an estimate on how much you’ve built so far?

When you finish your play session, do you usually leave the game on stand-by or do you completely exit it?

Also, when you lost the knowledge did you notice any crashes or odd situations leading to that outcome?

We await your reply.

This same thing just happened to a co-op Isle of Siptah game. My husband had all journey lost and knowledge reset. I lost all journey and knowledge without a reset…all my points are still spent. PS5, wired connections. No error when last closing the game and upon closing the game the game is always closed and ps5 always turned off. Current save was last night and we started the game less than a month ago. We were on levels 40 and 37 respectively. We had most if not all stations on improved/not master and we were on master mason blocks.

I have reported this on this forum multiple times with no luck. Had to stop playing single player as whatever I did ended up the same. This has nothing to do with crashes, memory and is definitely not unique. The game is littered with bugs, crashes. FunCom needs to reassign some of their resources to fix the game as untested new content just deepens the problem. Played this game since release day on and off (about 2.8 k hours), bought all dlc on release, spent decent amount of money in support of
a company and it has never been on a worse state. It needs to address the issues or there will be no player base to sell season passes to.
Sorry for my rant. My recommendation to you is try online servers, but unless you find a nice private server you will be experiencing multiple issues as well (not as bad as single player, though).
